Duke2 Innovations, LLC (“Duke2,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates duke2innovations.org from Seaford, Delaware. This policy applies to information collected through the public Duke2 Innovations corporate website and its contact form.

When you submit the contact form, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organization, audience type, selected division or area of interest, inquiry type, message, preferred contact method, consent, and any information you choose to include.
Technical and source information
Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, and date and time. The contact form also records the referring page, current page, and campaign or source values included in the page address so we can understand where an inquiry began.

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information you submitted through this website by emailing marc.dickerson@duke2innovations.org. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when required for legal, security, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
7. Browser signals and third-party collection
The public Duke2 corporate website does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tools to track visitors across unrelated websites. Because we do not engage in that cross-site tracking, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change the site’s current behavior. Hosting and form-delivery providers may still process standard technical or submission information to provide their services.
8. Children
This corporate contact form is intended for adults and authorized representatives of schools, organizations, teams, and community partners. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this form. If we learn that such information was submitted without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this policy when our website practices change. The effective date at the top will be revised, and a material change may also be identified through a prominent notice on the website.
